Summer Rental Rates $1050 per week June/July/August $1400 per week Labor Day Holiday - BOOK EARLY AND GET $200 off- only $1200 $159 per night Sunday - Thursday, $199 per night Friday - Saturday, 3 night minimum
All rates subject to one time cleaning fee of $85 and 12.5% sales/resort tax. Weekly rentals check in after 3p on Saturday and check out by 11a the following Saturday.
RECENT REVIEWS Peaceful with a loggerhead sighting! July 5, 2010 We had a great time! A loggerhead layed her nest right in front of the seawall between condo and the stairs our first night there. I saw it early, but didn't know what I was seeing, then was back from my walk when the turtle ladies were marking it. I was hooked. I got up every morning trying to spot them- I found one more on my own! I will definitely plan a trip back when they are hatching. We went up in the lighthouse, ate at PJ's, and had ice cream at Heavenly's- all great. The condo was great. Everything worked. I loved the view and the closeness to the beach. The pools were great as well. Thanks for everything. Perfect Vacation. Owner was true to her word! June 22, 2010 Our family searched for a last minute (one week before our Golf vacation) and the only response was from this site. It was available during this week. The owner and I conversed via email and everything she told me was true. Her condo was out of this world! They were very accommodating since we didn't realize they only took checks and no credit cards. That would be the only thing I would point out to relax anyone staying there. However, they took us in anyway and it all totally worked out. Thanks so much to the owner and her hospitality. She saved our failed vacation that would have been to the Gulf side. Thanks!
